Shipping Policy
At Oraxxi, we are committed to getting your Apple products and accessories to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully so you know what to expect when placing an order with us.
Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed over weekends or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is complete, and a separate shipping confirmation with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Domestic Shipping (South Africa) We deliver to all major cities and towns across South Africa. Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days from the date of dispatch. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location, particularly for more remote or rural areas. All domestic orders are shipped with a reputable courier service and include a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery every step of the way.
International Shipping We ship to select international destinations outside of South Africa. International orders typically arrive within 7–14 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on the destination country and local customs processing times. Please be aware that international shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees, which are determined by your local authorities and are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Oraxxi is not liable for any delays caused by customs processing.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight of your order. Any applicable fees will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real time. If you experience any difficulty tracking your order, please don't hesitate to reach out to our dedicated shipping support team.
Failed Deliveries & Incorrect Addresses Please ensure that your delivery address is correct at the time of placing your order. Oraxxi cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a delivery attempt fails, the courier will typically make a second attempt or leave instructions for collection. Uncollected or returned parcels may incur a re-delivery fee.
Damaged or Lost Shipments If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us immediately so we can investigate and resolve the matter with the courier on your behalf.
