At Oraxxi, your satisfaction is our priority. If something isn’t right, we’re here to make it easy. Here’s everything you need to know about returning or exchanging a product.
Can I Cancel My Order?
Yes — but you’ll need to act fast! You have 1 hour from the time of purchase to cancel your order, provided it hasn’t been processed or dispatched yet.
Please note that a 20% cancellation fee applies to all cancellations. The remaining 80% will be refunded to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

How Do I Return an Item?
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. To qualify for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in its original condition.
- In its original packaging with all accessories included.
- Accompanied by proof of purchase.
Step 1: Email us at returns@oraxxi.co.za to request a return authorisation.
Step 2: Once approved, send your item to:

Step 3: We’ll inspect the item and process your refund within 10 business days.
Items returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted.
Can I Exchange an Item?
We don’t process direct exchanges. The quickest way to get the right product is to return your item and place a new order once your return has been approved.
What Can’t Be Returned?
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items activated, registered, or paired to an Apple ID or any account.
- Items with broken seals or missing accessories.
- Sale items and gift cards.
- Used pre-owned or refurbished devices (unless faulty).
Received a Damaged or Incorrect Item?
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, contact us right away and we’ll sort it out at no cost to you.
When Will I Get My Refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If 15 business days have passed and you haven’t received your refund, please reach out to us.
