Warranty Policy
At Oraxxi, we stand behind the quality of our products. This Warranty Policy outlines the terms under which warranty claims will be assessed and processed.
Warranty Coverage
All products sold by Oraxxi are covered by a 12-month limited warranty from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated on the product listing. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions.
What Is Covered
- Manufacturing defects present at the time of purchase.
- Hardware failures that occur under normal operating conditions.
- Faulty components that affect the functionality of the product.
What Is Not Covered
The warranty does not cover:
- Physical damage caused by misuse, accidents, or negligence.
- Damage resulting from unauthorised repairs or modifications.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Products with broken seals, tampered serial numbers, or removed labels.
- Damage caused by exposure to liquids, extreme temperatures, or electrical surges.
- Consumable parts (e.g., batteries) unless damaged due to a manufacturing defect.
How to Claim Warranty
To submit a warranty claim, please follow these steps:
- Contact us within the warranty period at returns@oraxxi.co.za or +27 84 259 1293.
- Provide your proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
- Describe the defect or issue in detail, including photos or videos where possible.
- Our team will assess your claim and respond within 3–5 business days.
Warranty Remedies
Upon approval of a valid warranty claim, Oraxxi will, at its sole discretion:
- Repair the defective product, or
- Replace the product with the same or equivalent model, or
- Issue a store credit or refund where repair or replacement is not possible.
Please note: Warranty claims do not cover the cost of return shipping unless the defect is confirmed to be a manufacturing fault.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by South African consumer protection law, Oraxxi’s liability under this warranty is limited to the original purchase price of the product. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008.
