At Oraxxi, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of placement, provided the order has not yet been processed or dispatched. To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at returns@oraxxi.co.za or call +27 84 259 1293.

Please note that all cancellations are subject to a 20% cancellation fee, calculated on the total order value. The remaining 80% will be refunded to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Cancellation requests submitted after the 1-hour window cannot be guaranteed and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return window, commencing from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
  • All original accessories, components, and packaging must be intact and included.
  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.

To initiate a return, please contact us at returns@oraxxi.co.za. Approved returns must be sent to: 160 Main Street, City and Suburban, Johannesburg, 2094, South Africa.

Items returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

Damages & Incorrect Items

Upon receipt of your order, we strongly recommend inspecting the item immediately. Should you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us without delay so that we may assess and resolve the matter promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are strictly non-returnable:

  • Items that have been activated, registered, or paired to an Apple ID or any other account.
  • Items with broken seals or missing accessories.
  • Sale items and gift cards.
  • Pre-owned or refurbished devices that have been used after delivery, unless found to be faulty.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. To obtain a replacement item, please initiate a return in accordance with this policy and place a new order separately once your return has been approved.

European Union — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to the European Union, customers retain the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of delivery, without the requirement to provide a reason. The item must be returned unused, in its original packaging, with all accessories and proof of purchase included.

Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
